## SEC. 541 AUTHORIZING INCREASE BY 1,000 IN BORDER PATROL PERSONNEL There are authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1991 such additional sums as may be necessary to provide for an increase of 1,000 in the authorized personnel level of the border patrol of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, above the authorized level of the patrol as of September 30, 1990.
