## SEC. 521 ELIMINATION OF PAPERWORK REQUIREMENT FOR RECRUITERS AND REFERRERS ###
(a)In General Section 274A(a)(1) (8 U.S.C. 1324a(a)(1)) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States”, ####
(2)in subparagraph (A), by inserting after “(A)” the following: “to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States”, and ####
(3)in subparagraph (B), by inserting after “(B)” the following: “(i) to hire for employment in the United States an individual without complying with the requirements of subsection
(b)or
(ii)if the person or entity is an agricultural association, agricultural employer, or farm labor contractor (as defined in section 3 of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act), to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States”. ###
(b)Effective Date The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply to recruiting and referring occurring on or after the date of the enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle C Provisions Relating to Anti-Discrimination
