## SEC. 201 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS Section 311 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5154) is amended in subsections (a)(1), (b), and
(c)by striking “section 803 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965” each place it appears and inserting “section 209(c)(2) of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3149(c)(2))”.
