## SEC. 114 ANNUAL REPORTS TO CONGRESS ON INFORMATION ON STUDENT PROGRESS SUBMITTED BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS Section 3326 is amended— ####

(1)by striking “As a condition” and inserting “(a) Submittal of Information by Educational Institutions.—As a condition”; and ####

(2)by adding at the end the following new subsection: > > ### “(b) Reports to Congress > > Not later than March 1 of each year, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that includes a summary of the information provided by educational institutions under subsection

(a)for the calendar year preceding the year during which such report is submitted.” > .
