## SEC. 103 INCLUSION OF FRY SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS AND PURPLE HEART RECIPIENTS IN YELLOW RIBBON G.I. EDUCATION ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM ###

(a)In General Section 3317(a) is amended, in the second sentence, by striking “paragraphs

(1)and (2)” and inserting “paragraphs (1), (2), (9), and (10)”. ###

(b)Effective Date **[**[38 U.S.C. 3317 note](/us/usc/t38/s3317)**]** The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall take effect on August 1, 2018.
