## SEC. 3002 DEFINITIONS In this title: ####
(1)Administrator The term “**Administrator**” means the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration. ####
(2)Department The term “**Department**” means the Department of Homeland Security. ####
(3)Precheck program The term “**PreCheck Program**” means the trusted traveler program implemented by the Transportation Security Administration under section 109(a)(3) of the Aviation and Transportation Security Act (Public Law 107-71; 49 U.S.C. 114 note). ####
(4)TSA The term “**TSA**” means the Transportation Security Administration. **[**Subtitle A was repealed by section 1937(b)(1) of division K of Public Law 115–254.**]** ## Subtitle B Securing Aviation From Foreign Entry Points and Guarding Airports Through Enhanced Security
