## SEC. 2105 CRASH-RESISTANT FUEL SYSTEMS **[**[49 U.S.C. 44504 note](/us/usc/t49/s44504)**]** Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall evaluate and update, as necessary, standards for crash-resistant fuel systems for civilian rotorcraft.
