## Sec. 1304 **[**[22 U.S.C. 262m–3](/us/usc/t22/s262m–3)**]** The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the Agency for International Development, shall create a system for cooperative exchange of information with other interested member countries on assistance proposals of the multilateral development banks.
