## SEC. 6003 TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION DEPLOYMENT PROGRAM Section 503(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph
(C)by striking “2013 through 2014” and inserting “2016 through 2020”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(D) Publication > > > ###### “(i) In general > > Not less frequently than annually, the Secretary shall issue and make available to the public on an Internet website a report on the cost and benefits from deployment of new technology and innovations that substantially and directly resulted from the program established under this paragraph. > > > ###### “(ii) Inclusions > > The report under clause
(i)may include an analysis of— > > > ###### “(I) > > Federal, State, and local cost savings; > > > ###### “(II) > > project delivery time improvements; > > > ###### “(III) > > reduced fatalities; and > > > ###### “(IV) > > congestion impacts.” > .
