## SEC. 5512 ACCESS TO NATIONAL DRIVER REGISTER Section 30305(b) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(13) > > The Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration may request the chief driver licensing official of a State to provide information under subsection

(a)of this section about an individual in connection with a safety investigation under the Administrator’s jurisdiction.” > .
