## SEC. 3029 AMENDMENT TO TITLE 5 ###

(a)In general Section 5313 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:" “Federal Transit Administrator.”". ###

(b)Conforming Amendment Section 5314 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “Federal Transit Administrator.”. ###

(c)Effective Date **[**[5 U.S.C. 5313 note](/us/usc/t5/s5313)**]** The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the first day of the first pay period beginning on or after the first day of the first fiscal year beginning after the date of enactment of this Act.
