## SEC. 3014 APPORTIONMENTS Section 5336 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection
(a)in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking “subsection (h)(4)” and inserting “subsection (h)(5)”; ####
(2)in subsection (b)(2)(E) by striking “22.27 percent” and inserting “27 percent”; and ####
(3)in subsection (h)— #####
(A)by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: > > #### “(1) > > $30,000,000 shall be set aside each fiscal year to carry out section 5307(h);” > ; and #####
(B)by striking paragraph
(3)and inserting the following: > > #### “(3) > > of amounts not apportioned under paragraphs
(1)and (2)— > > > ##### “(A) > > for fiscal years 2016 through 2018, 1.5 percent shall be apportioned to urbanized areas with populations of less than 200,000 in accordance with subsection (i); and > > > ##### “(B) > > for fiscal years 2019 and 2020, 2 percent shall be apportioned to urbanized areas with populations of less than 200,000 in accordance with subsection (i);” > .
