## SEC. 3010 PRIVATE SECTOR PARTICIPATION ###
(a)In general Section 5315 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(d) Rule of Construction > > Nothing in this section shall be construed to alter— > > > #### “(1) > > the eligibilities, requirements, or priorities for assistance provided under this chapter; or > > > #### “(2) > > the requirements of section 5306(a).” > . ###
(b)MAP-21 Technical Correction **[**[49 U.S.C. 5303 note](/us/usc/t49/s5303)**]** Section 20013(d) of MAP-21 (Public Law 112-141; 126 Stat. 694) is amended by striking “5307(c)” and inserting “5307(b)”.
