## SEC. 1434 AVAILABILITY OF REPORTS **[**[49 U.S.C. 308 note](/us/usc/t49/s308)**]** ###

(a)In general The Secretary shall make available to the public on the website of the Department any report required to be submitted by the Secretary to Congress after the date of enactment of this Act. ###

(b)Deadline Each report described in subsection

(a)shall be made available on the website not later than 30 days after the report is submitted to Congress.
