## SEC. 1418 CONSOLIDATION OF PROGRAMS Section 1519(a) of MAP-21 (126 Stat. 574) is amended by striking “From administrative funds” and all that follows through “shall be made available” and inserting “For each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020, before making an apportionment under section 104(b)(3) of title 23, United States Code, the Secretary shall set aside, from amounts made available to carry out the highway safety improvement program under section 148 of such title for the fiscal year, $3,500,000”.
