## SEC. 1412 PROJECTS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY RELATING TO IDLING TRAINS Section 130(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking “and the relocation of highways to eliminate grade crossings” and inserting “the relocation of highways to eliminate grade crossings, and projects at grade crossings to eliminate hazards posed by blocked grade crossings due to idling trains”.
