## SEC. 1408 FEDERAL SHARE PAYABLE ###
(a)Innovative Project Delivery Methods Section 120(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (A)(ii)— #####
(A)by inserting “engineering or design approaches,” after “technologies,”; and #####
(B)by inserting “or project delivery” after “or contracting”; ####
(2)in subparagraph (B)— #####
(A)in clause
(iii)by inserting “and alternative bidding” before the semicolon at the end; #####
(B)in clause
(iv)by striking “or” at the end; #####
(C)by redesignating clause
(v)as clause (vi); and #####
(D)by inserting after clause
(iv)the following: > > ###### “(v) > > innovative pavement materials that have a demonstrated life cycle of 75 or more years, are manufactured with reduced greenhouse gas emissions, and reduce construction-related congestion by rapidly curing; or” > ; and ###
(b)Emergency Relief Section 120(e)(2) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking “Federal land access transportation facilities” and inserting “other Federally owned roads that are open to public travel”.
