## SEC. 1120 FEDERAL LANDS PROGRAMMATIC ACTIVITIES Section 201(c) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (6)(A)— #####
(A)by redesignating clauses
(i)and
(ii)as subclauses
(I)and (II), respectively (and by moving the subclauses 2 ems to the right); #####
(B)in the matter preceding subclause
(I)(as so redesignated), by striking “ The Secretaries ” and inserting the following: > > ###### “(i) In general > > The Secretaries” > ; #####
(C)by inserting a period after “tribal transportation program”; and #####
(D)by striking “ in accordance with ” and all that follows through “ including— ” and inserting the following: > > ###### “(ii) Requirement > > Data collected to implement the tribal transportation program shall be in accordance with the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450 et seq.). > > > ###### “(iii) Inclusions > > Data collected under this paragraph includes—” > ; and ####
