## SEC. 1118 TRIBAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM AMENDMENT Section 202 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in subsection (a)(6) by striking “6 percent” and inserting “5 percent”; and ####

(2)in subsection (d)(2) in the matter preceding subparagraph

(A)by striking “2 percent” and inserting “3 percent”.
