## SEC. 11102 CONSOLIDATED RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS ###
(a)In general There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for grants under section 24407 of title 49, United States Code, (as added by section 11301 of this Act), the following amounts: ####
(1)For fiscal year 2016, $98,000,000. ####
(2)For fiscal year 2017, $190,000,000. ####
(3)For fiscal year 2018, $230,000,000. ####
(4)For fiscal year 2019, $255,000,000. ####
(5)For fiscal year 2020, $330,000,000. ###
(b)Project Management Oversight The Secretary may withhold up to 1 percent from the amount appropriated under subsection
(a)of this section for the costs of project management oversight of grants carried out under section 24407 of title 49, United States Code. ###
(c)Conforming Provision for Redesignation of Applicable Section Any amounts authorized under this section for grants or project management oversight under section 24407 of such title shall be deemed to refer to grants or project management oversight under section 22907 of such title on or after the date of enactment of the Department of Transportation Reports Harmonization Act.
