## SEC. 1110 HIGHWAY USE TAX EVASION PROJECTS Section 143(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking paragraph (2)(A) and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) In general > > From administrative funds made available under section 104(a), the Secretary may deduct such sums as are necessary, not to exceed $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2016 through 2020, to carry out this section.” > ; ####
(2)in the heading for paragraph
(8)by inserting “block grant” after “surface transportation”; and ####
(3)in paragraph
(9)by inserting “, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate” after “the Secretary”.
