## SEC. 1103 DEFINITIONS Section 101(a) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking paragraph (29); ####

(2)by redesignating paragraphs

(15)through

(28)as paragraphs

(16)through (29), respectively; and ####

(3)by inserting after paragraph
