## SEC. 1002 RECONCILIATION OF FUNDS The Secretary shall reduce the amount apportioned or allocated for a program, project, or activity under titles I and VI of this Act in fiscal year 2016 by amounts apportioned or allocated pursuant to any extension Act of MAP-21, including the amendments made by that extension Act, during the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on the date of enactment of this Act. For purposes of making such reductions, funds set aside pursuant to section 133(h) of title 23, United States Code, as amended by this Act, shall be reduced by the amount set aside pursuant to section 213 of such title, as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act.
