## Sec. 15 authorization of appropriations ###
(a)There are authorized to be appropriated beginning October 1, 1979, and to remain available without fiscal year limitation, such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act. ###
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the authority of the Board to make any loan guarantee under this Act shall be limited to the extent such amounts are provided in advance in appropriation Acts.
