## Sec. 13 prohibition on use of the federal financing bank Notwithstanding the provisions of section 6 of the Federal Financing Bank Act of 1973 (12 U.S.C. 2285) or any other provision of law, none of the loans guaranteed or committed to be guaranteed under this Act shall be eligible for purchase by, or commitment to purchase by, or sale or issuance to, the Federal Financing Bank or any other Federal agency or department or entity owned in whole or in part by the United States.
