## Sec. 20 effective date **[**[12 U.S.C. 2601 note](/us/usc/t12/s2601)**]** The provisions of this Act, and the amendments made thereby, shall become effective one hundred and eighty days after the date of the enactment of this Act.8 8The date of enactment was December 22, 1974.
