## SEC. 6004 IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS Section 505 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa-4), as amended by section 6001(c), is amended— ####
(1)by striking the section designation and heading and inserting the following: > > ## “SEC. 505 CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH STATISTICS AND QUALITY” > ; ####
