## SEC. 5001 SAVINGS IN THE MEDICARE IMPROVEMENT FUND Section 1898(b)(1) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395iii(b)(1)), as amended by section 704(h) of the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016, is amended by striking “$140,000,000” and inserting “$270,000,000”.
