## SEC. 3043 PRESCRIBING AUTHORITY **[**[21 U.S.C. 356 note](/us/usc/t21/s356)**]** Nothing in this subtitle, or an amendment made by this subtitle, shall be construed to restrict the prescribing of antimicrobial drugs or other products, including drugs approved under subsection
(h)of section 506 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 356) (as added by section 3042), by health care professionals, or to limit the practice of health care.
