## SEC. 3003 STREAMLINING PATIENT INPUT Chapter 35 of title 44, United States Code, shall not apply to the collection of information to which a response is voluntary, that is initiated by the Secretary under section 569C of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360bbb-8c) (as amended by section 3001) or section 3002.
