## SEC. 2044 SENSE OF CONGRESS ON INCREASED INCLUSION OF UNDERREPRESENTED POPULATIONS IN CLINICAL TRIALS It is the sense of Congress that the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities should include within its strategic plan under section 402(m) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 282(m)) ways to increase representation of underrepresented populations in clinical trials. ## Subtitle E Advancement of the National Institutes of Health Research and Data Access
