## SEC. 2035 EXEMPTION FOR THE NATIONAL INSTITUTES OF HEALTH FROM THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT REQUIREMENTS Section 301 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 241), as amended by section 2013, is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(g) > > Subchapter I of chapter 35 of title 44, United States Code, shall not apply to the voluntary collection of information during the conduct of research by the National Institutes of Health.” > .
