## SEC. 14027 EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES Section 2991(c) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3797aa(c)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (3), by striking “or” at the end; ####
(2)by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (6); and ####
