## SEC. 14010 SCHOOL MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAMS Section 2701(b) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C. 3797a(b)) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraphs
(4)and
(5)as paragraphs
(5)and (6), respectively; and ####
(2)by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following: > > #### “(4) > > The development and operation of crisis intervention teams that may include coordination with law enforcement agencies and specialized training for school officials in responding to mental health crises.” > .
