## SEC. 13007 CLARIFICATION OF EXISTING PARITY RULES If a group health plan or a health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage provides coverage for eating disorder benefits, including residential treatment, such group health plan or health insurance issuer shall provide such benefits consistent with the requirements of section 2726 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg-26), section 712 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (29 U.S.C. 1185a), and section 9812 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. # TITLE XIV MENTAL HEALTH AND SAFE COMMUNITIES ## Subtitle A Mental Health and Safe Communities
