## SEC. 2 DISPLAY OF FLAG ON NATIONAL VIETNAM WAR VETERANS DAY Section 6(d) of title 4, United States Code, is amended by inserting “National Vietnam War Veterans Day, March 29;” after “third Monday in February;”.
