## SEC. 203 NIST GRANTS AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS UPDATE Section 8(a) of the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 (15 U.S.C. 3706(a)) is amended by striking “The total amount of any such grant or cooperative agreement may not exceed 75 percent of the total cost of the program.”.
