## SEC. 309 STATEMENT OF POLICY ON MEMBER STATE’S VOTING PRACTICES AT THE UNITED NATIONS **[**[22 U.S.C. 2414a note](/us/usc/t22/s2414a)**]** It is the policy of the United States to strongly consider a Member State’s voting practices at the United Nations before entering into any agreements with the Member State.
