## SEC. 114 SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS FOR SOFT TARGETS Section 29 of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 (22 U.S.C. 2701) is amended, in the third sentence, by inserting “physical security enhancements and” after “may include”.
