## SEC. 706 EFFECTIVE DATE **[**[38 U.S.C. 2002 note](/us/usc/t38/s2002)**]** This subtitle and the amendments made by this subtitle shall apply to individuals seeking benefits under chapter 20 of title 38, United States Code, before, on, and after the date of the enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle B Other Homelessness Matters
