## SEC. 615 REPEAL OF COMPENSATION PANELS TO DETERMINE MARKET PAY FOR PHYSICIANS AND DENTISTS Section 7431(c) is amended— ####
(1)by striking paragraph (4); ####
(2)by redesignating paragraphs (5), (6), and
(7)as paragraphs (4), (5), and (6), respectively; and ####
(3)in paragraph (6), as so redesignated, by striking “under paragraph (6)” and inserting “under paragraph (5)”.
