## SEC. 613 EXPANSION OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS TO INCLUDE DOCTORAL DEGREES **[**[38 U.S.C. 7402](/us/usc/t38/s7402)**]** Section 7402(b)(11)(A) is amended by inserting “or doctoral degree” after “master’s degree”.
