## SEC. 401 BOARD OF DIRECTORS Chapter 1011 of title 54, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in section 101112— #####
(A)by amending subsection
(a)to read as follows: > > ### “(a) Membership > > The National Park Foundation shall consist of a Board having as members no fewer than six private citizens of the United States appointed by the Secretary. The Secretary and the Director shall be non-voting members of the Board, ex officio.” > ; and #####
