## SEC. 504 AUTHORITIES OF SECRETARY OF STATE WITH RESPECT TO CONVENTION Section 204 (16 U.S.C. 5603) is amended by striking “Fisheries Commission” each place it appears and inserting “Commission consistent with the procedures detailed in Articles XIV and XV of the Convention”.
