## SEC. 3 NOTIFICATION **[**[28 U.S.C. 1605 note](/us/usc/t28/s1605)**]** The Secretary of State shall ensure that foreign states that apply for immunity under Public Law 89-259 (22 U.S.C. 2459) are appropriately notified of the text of this Act.
