## SEC. 19 IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW BY GAO Upon transmittal of the Board’s recommendations from the Director of OMB to Congress under section 13, the Comptroller General of the United States at least annually shall monitor and review the implementation activities of Federal agencies pursuant to section 14, and report to Congress any findings and recommendations.
