## SEC. 17 CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL OF PROPOSED PROJECTS Section 3307(b) of title 40, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (6); ####

(2)by striking the period at the end of paragraph

(7)and inserting “; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(8) > > a statement of how the proposed project is consistent with the standards and criteria developed under section 11(b) of the Federal Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016.” > .
