## SEC. 10 REVIEW **[**[15 U.S.C. 6108](/us/usc/t15/s6108)**]** Upon the expiration of 5 years following the date of the first promulgation of rules under section 3, the Commission shall review the implementation of this Act and its effect on deceptive telemarketing acts or practices and report the results of the review to the Congress.
