## SEC. 131 IMMUNITY FOR GOOD FAITH CONDUCT **[**[34 U.S.C. 20932](/us/usc/t34/s20932)**]** The Federal Government, jurisdictions, political subdivisions of jurisdictions, and their agencies, officers, employees, and agents shall be immune from liability for good faith conduct under this title. ## Subtitle B Improving Federal Criminal Law Enforcement To Ensure Sex Offender Compliance With Registration and Notification Requirements and Protection of Children From Violent Predators
