## SEC. 303 FACILITATING SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR ADMISSION AS A REFUGEE **[**[22 U.S.C. 7843](/us/usc/t22/s7843)**]** The Secretary of State shall undertake to facilitate the submission of applications under section 207 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1157) by citizens of North Korea seeking protection as refugees (as defined in section 101(a)(42) of such Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(42)).
